My name is Cathie Garber and I’m running for Charter Review Commission, District 2, Position 2. With over 25 years of experience in elections administration—including 15 years as Director of the Clark County Elections Office—I bring a deep understanding of how local government operates within the framework of our state Constitution and laws. In 2024, I was honored to be named Washington’s Elections Administrator of the Year. As a Certified Elections Registration Administrator (CERA) and a member of the Executive Steering Committee that implemented VoteWA, I’ve always worked to ensure efficient, transparent, and legally sound election processes.
